Shipping Policy

Welcome to OjeeBytes! We are dedicated to providing an exceptional shipping experience to our valued customers. Our comprehensive shipping policy is designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and efficient delivery process. Please take into consideration any holidays that can affect shipping times.  

Shipping Destinations:  

We currently offer shipping within Kenya.   

Shipping Charge:

Free Shipping on Standard Orders of 50,000 KES or over 50,000 KES. If your order is under 50,000 KES, you must pay a flat cost of 500 KES.  

Processing Time, and Transit Time :

  • Once your order is placed, it will undergo processing before shipment. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure that your order is processed promptly and efficiently. Order processing typically takes 0-1 business day (Monday to Friday), but please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.
  • Transit Time is 0 to 1 Business day (Monday to Friday)

Please note that these are estimated times and can be subject to variations due to external factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

    The actual arrival time of products = Processing Time + Transit Time

Delivery Terms:

We mainly use G4S and Wells Fargo to ship your orders. to ship your orders. Your order will be handled in our facilities before being fully completed by the shipping provider. You’ll receive a tracking number within 1 hour so you can follow the progress of your order. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 3 hours of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@ojeebytes.co.ke.  

Change Address:

If you need to modify the delivery address after your order has been placed, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is shipped.

Multiple Addresses:

For a single order, we don’t provide shipping to multiple addresses. Please put separate orders for each address where you want the things delivered. Here is where to reach us if you need assistance with this:sales@ojeebytes.co.ke.

What if my item is lost in transit?

Whilst we hope this never occurs, if your item does not make it to you, please reach out to us at sales@ojeebytes.co.ke      and we will work to resolve the issue.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately for assistance.
